Configure D-Link DAP-1320 Wi-Fi Range Extender

To configure the D-Link DAP-1320 WiFi range extender set up wizard you have to follow the steps as mentioned below.

Step 1:-Click o option launch wireless setup wizard to begin the setup wizard on page HTTP Dlink router local.


Step 2:-Click on next from the window you have to start the setup wizard.

Step 3:-Select WPS as the configuration method if your wireless device supports wifi protection setup.

Step 4:-To continue to click on the Next button from the page HTTP Dlink router local.


Step 5:-Now you have to press and hold the WPS button on your wireless router or access point until the light starts blinking green and then release it. Allow up to two minutes for the WPS process to finish the process.

Step 6:-To set up the network manually select the manual as the configuration method.

Step 7:-Click on the next menu to continue.

Step 8:-You will get a list of wireless network which is available in your area. Select your wireless network and click on connect to continue.

Step 9:-It will ask you to enter the password for the router on the page HTTP Dlink router local that you are using to connect and click on next.


Step 10:-Here you choose to change the WiFi network name SSID and the password for the DAP-1320 or you can enter the information which you can find from the configuration card. Click on next to continue the process. dlink dap 1520 range extender device.

Step 11:- Click on the checkbox to use the same wifi network name and password as your existing network. The whole setup is now completed then clicks on the save to finish the setup process. You have to wait until the system reboots properly.

Make sure that you must have WPS compatible router to set up the DAP-1320 using the WPS system.
